BÖJ has been exploring traditional Galician music and how it relates to the northern Atlantic tradition since its inception in 2002. Using tradition instruments and a deep love for their native land, BÖJ explores the early roots of Galician music through a contemporary lens, always respectful of the ancestors who first set the Galician hills and mills ringing with music.

BÖJ is Fausto Escrigas on low whistle and bouzouki, Rubén Gómez on guitar, Pablo Vergara on bodhram, and Ricardo Mouriño on Galician bagpipe, tin and low whistles, and flute.
